Is This Your Car?! Toyota Recalls 412K Avalons and Lexus SUV's!!
July 29, 2010

Toyota will recall another 412,000 vehicles because of problems with the steering system. The steering lock on Avalon sedans built between 2000 and 2004 were made with a faulty casting that can crack if the car is steered hard to the right, locking the wheel in place, Toyota said. The company will pay for repairs of the 373,000 affected vehicles beginning in late August, the LA Times reports.
Separately, Toyota recalled 39,000 Lexus LX 470 SUVs made from 2003 to 2007. A strong impact to the front wheels (think potholes) can cause a "snap ring" to break, which could eventually cause the steering shaft to disengage. Three accidents are linked to the Avalon problem, none with the Lexus.

Big Boi Featured in Rolling Stone
July 29, 2010

Big Boi is said to be featured in the current Rolling Stone with one of his pitbulls from Pitfall Kennels.
His new album has managed to stay in the top 15 and has received steller reviews from music fans and critics. Even though songs have been leaked over a few months, Big Boi has shown that he is just as dynamic alone as he is with award winning duo Outkast. Sir Lucious Leftfoot...The Son of Chico Dusty is a treasure trove of melodic beats and ridiculous ryhmes that make you keep it on rewind.

Oklahoma Crips Threaten Snoop Dog Before Concert!!
July 29, 2010

A group of Crips from Oklahoma threaten Snoop Dogg a day before his concert with Ice Cube at the Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino Event Center in Tulsa recently.
The reason for this nonsense was because of a radio interview Snoop Dogg did in November 2009 with DJ Green Lantern. Here is an excerpt of what Snoop said in the interview.
"If you are banging outside of California, Bloods or Crips, you need to stay there. And if you come back to California, where it originated at, we have different sets of rules and regulations that don't apply to you. You will become a victim of circumstances. Ask some of these rappers who are waving their flags who ain't from California."
Well, the gang members from Oklahoma were offended by the statement and claimed that something would happen to him at the concert if the rapper didn't call him to obtain a hood pass; he even gives out a phone number on the video! A hood pass is extortion dues paid to a gang so that a person would be allowed to do business in that area. If you saw 'Training Day,' then you would know what a hood pass is.
Of course, nothing happened at the concert...internet thugs!!
